Snohomish HS, AIM win state achievement awards | Schools
The improvements at Snohomish High School and at AIM High School have been noticed at the state level.
The two schools were awarded 2011 Washington Achievement Awards for Improvement on Wednesday. The schools were recognized for their improved test scores over the past two school years (2009-10 and 2010-11).
Snohomish HS was also given an Extended Graduation Rate Award for improving the school's graduation rate over the past couple of years.
The awards will be handed out in an April 25 ceremony at Mariner High School in south Everett.
Congrats to the staffs at both schools for the awards!
